Coaching Client Enrollment Automation Workflow
I designed and implemented a comprehensive automation workflow to streamline the client enrollment process for a business coaching program. Using Asana, Zapier, and Kajabi, I automated 25 out of 31 manual steps, significantly reducing administrative workload and improving the client onboarding experience. This system manages tasks from client payment to full enrollment, ensuring seamless communication, timely follow-ups, and consistent data management. The result is a highly efficient, scalable process that enhances both operational productivity and client satisfaction.
Custom Coaching Client CRM in Asana
I designed and built this fully customized coaching client tracker in Asana to address the limitations of traditional CRMs. Existing solutions lacked the flexibility needed to track key milestones such as course progress, call attendance, heal desk tickets submitted, and coaching notes in a way that aligned with our specific workflow. This system automates key processes, organizes client data efficiently, and enhances team collaboration. Since its implementation in 2022, it has been the primary client management tool, and I have since developed three additional versions tailored to other coaching programs.

I led the creation, development, and optimization of over 100 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency across various business functions. Some SOPs were built from scratch, while others were refined from existing processes to improve clarity and effectiveness. Many included essential resources such as email and response templates, reference tables, and instructional videos. Once completed, these SOPs were systematically scheduled and delegated to team members, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to best practices.
